Ziraat Participation Bank started to manage real estate mortgage and appraisal processes with the KForms Process Management System. In this way;
- Collection of appraisal requests within the bank
- Assigning real estate expertise requests to selected companies
- Managing/processing the distribution of the jobs assigned to the companies to the loss adjusters within the company
- Gathering necessary information by appointed loss adjusters,
- Automatic preparation of the appraisal report by the system with the collected information,
- Sending the completed appraisals to the selected mortgage firm for mortgage transactions
- Providing the necessary documents to the Mortgage Firm
- Uploading the mortgage bill to the system
- Transfer of appraisal and mortgage information to the Banking system
- Calculation/Reporting of Mortgage and Appraisal Costs
- Generating Home Price Index and Commercial Price Index reports
